Cozy little cottage of 45m2 + annex, with only 180 meters to Kerteminde's north beach. The cottage contains one bedroom with two single beds. In addition, there is an annex with two bedrooms (one bedroom with one double bed (120x200) and another bedroom with two single beds). In addition, there is a bathroom and a kitchen-living room. The cottage has a lovely enclosed courtyard to the west, so you can enjoy the evening sun. There is a gas grill available. To the east, a lovely lawn for fun and games.

Lovely unobstructed and spacious non-smoking/no dogs and cats log house 54 m2, 200 meters from the most beautiful beach by beach path. In the summer, the house is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children (who sleep in the loft) or 1 in a camping bed. In winter the house is suitable for 1 couple with 2-3 children or 2 let's talk about it. Centrally located within walking distance to kerteminde city, the harbour, marina and golf center Great Northern, spa access for own payment and Fjord & Belt Center

I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.

A charming cottage of 123 square meters that was completely modernized and remodeled in 2016. Appear bright and friendly. Three different shower facilities, one of which is outside the home, which is great when you have been out in the sea and swimming. Located in secluded nature by the sea.
