Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Stay Close to the beach , the Johannes Larsen museum and the city. The apartment is separate in extension of the main house . Kitchen with dining area and own (retro) bathroom. There are views of the garden, and in the background the old mill from Johannes Larsen can be enjoyed. There are chickens in the garden. It's ideal for socializing and museum visits. Less than 1.2 miles to Great Northen and SPA. 5 min to one of Funen's best mini golf.

In the main house there are two bedrooms each with space for 2 people. In the annex there is space for 4 people. - the annex is hearted by an electric heating machine in the winter.
