The newly built holiday apartment is a stone's throw from the beach. From the spacious terrace, there is a magnificent panoramic view of the beach and the bay. On a clear day, the Great Belt Bridge is clearly visible on the horizon. One bedroom is equipped with a separate glass section facing the living room, so you can enjoy the sea view to the east without getting out of bed, as well as a private bathroom. In addition, there is one more bedroom, a bedroom with a sofa bed and a bathroom. The beds are made and there are dishcloths, kitchen towels & towels.

Gismo is divided into a cabin aft with 3 places in 2 beds, a living room with dining areas, mid-for - master suite with double bed, a small emergency/night toilet and "stern" kitchen with gas oven/hob. There is a fridge and storage cabinet. (Rented without the possibility of sailing)

We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very well suited for outdoor activities such as hiking, running, fishing, and cycling. Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.
