Light-flooded apartment on the upper floor of the "Flying Dutchman" building in the famous Olympic Port in Kiel, just a few meters to the beach and promenade with restaurants, cafes and shops. Due to the floor-to-ceiling window front in south-west direction, the apartment is flooded with light. The big balcony is equipped with table and chairs as well as an awning and has sun from morning to evening. With its bright oak parquet and stylish furniture the apartment is inviting to feel good.

Lotte. Right on the Schlei!

"Lotte," the big sister of "Liese" in the same house. Both in picturesque Arnis. The duplex, which was completely renovated in 2023, was provided with a no-frills interior. On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof structure, a (children's) bedroom, a bathroom and guest toilet. Above it is a spacious sleeping loft. The courtyard of the house leads into the garden - it extends to the Schlei. Here you can swim and relax on your own jetty.

A bright corner of the room features a comfortable armchair paired with a matching ottoman. A small chest of drawers is positioned beside the chair. Natural light filters through the two windows, enhancing the light-coloured walls and illuminating the striped area rug on the wooden floor.

High in the north, located on the Schlei and only minutes away from Schlei or Baltic Sea beach, the municipality of Rieseby forms the center of the Schwansen peninsula. De Lütt Stuv: Charming apartment on the artist farm

We offer you two apartments: Our 32 square meter "lütte Stuv" allows 2 people a quiet stay with a green outdoor area. The apartment is located together with our "grooten Stuv" (for 4 people) in a former farmhouse, which is an oasis of tranquility with its large garden. Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. The area offers many opportunities for activities for young and old.

My anchorage

My place is 300 meters from the Schlei with beach, right in Arnis in a fantastic environment. You'll love my place because of the cozy location and the scenery. My place is good for couples (with babies or toddlers), solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Since May, we have been participating in the model project of the Baltic Sea Fjord Schlei.

Fliederbeerhof, Baltic Sea

Our farm is over 125 years old and is surrounded by meadows and fields, between Schlei and the Baltic Sea, on the Schwansen peninsula. We have a dog, a cat, 11 chickens and two roosters. Eckernförde and Kappeln are each only 15 km away, the Baltic Sea beach is 3 km away, the Baltic Sea resort of Damp, with numerous leisure activities, 7 km.
