Die Wohnung hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung (die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür und in 10 Minuten erreichst Du das große Einkaufszentrum und die U-Bahn). Diverse Einzelhandelsgeschäfte (Bäckerei, Kiosk und verschiedene Supermärkte) sind in der Nähe zu finden. Dazu sind Parks und ein sehr großes Naturschutzgebiet fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert. Sie ist sonnig und angenehm ruhig. Ein Außenrollo dunkelt den Schlafbereich komplett ab.

My apartment is located approx. 20 minutes by public transport from Hamburg's city center. It is very easy to reach by bus and train, even at night, to enjoy Hamburg's nightlife with peace of mind. My bedroom is at your disposal with a bed 160 × 200 m. There is a nice bathroom and a cozy kitchen for breakfast.

This apartment is very central, cozy furnishings & has its own entrance. Free parking is sufficiently available in the Legienstraße. The subway station Legienstrasse is only about 500 m away. In the apartment there are two single beds that can be put together, a high-quality granite shower room, a fitted kitchen and a dining area for 2 people. Of course, TV, stereo and free Wi-Fi are available.

You book here a rather small but very cozy room in a beautiful old building apartment with 5 bright rooms, a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. Also another 3 rooms in the apartment are rented via Airbnb, you are not the only guests. This always makes an interesting mix of people. So that you still feel at home, my co-host Patrick, Achim and I are here for you.

Small room in Marienthal

The decor of the room is simple. It consists of a bed (80cm x 2m), a nightstand and a small open closet. Near the apartment is an Edeka supermarket which is open until 9 pm. If you do not want to book for yourself but for a 3rd person, please write to me in advance. If I'm at home in the window, it's no problem. If I am on the road, I will probably not agree to such a booking.

Great room, old building with stucco, with large balcony in a beautiful city villa, very close to the city, 20 square meters, furnished, laminate flooring. Refrigerator and coffee maker are also available! U-Bahn and S-Bahn trains are within walking distance. The Alster and city center are only 10 minutes away! There is a main road nearby with shopping.

Hamburg small penthouse by the lake

The light-flooded apartment is part of a townhouse. It is located on the 2nd floor with large terrace overlooking our garden. On the other 2 floors (ground floor + 1st floor) we live, a family with 2 children and a small dog. The apartment is still separate except for the passage and the stairs up.
