Get a laugh seeing a recreated outhouse bathroom but with a modern toilet. Enjoy eating on a chuck wagon tabletop. Additionally, sit by an open firepit and make complimentary s'mores all while gazing at the galaxy of stars, watching the wildlife, and viewing our cattle during the day. This cottage style house been fully remodeled to include all the conveniences of modern day living. The house is equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher), washer/dryer and patio grill. There are smart TVs available in both the living room and master bedroom. Guests can enjoy Netflix or sign in to any streaming account. There is also high speed WIFI and a WIFI printer located in the Office which includes desk, chair and queen size bed.

Built in the early 1900s, The Preaus House is boasting with character. From 12' ceilings to original hardwood floors, there are unique attributes in each room. There are 4 beautifully colored (non-functional) fireplaces in all the downstairs bedrooms, a claw foot tub/shower combination, rare cork tiles in the den, custom cabinetry, and a fabulous farmhouse kitchen sink. Room for parking up to 4 vehicles and boats or utility trailers is available.

Williams Lakehouse @Calion Lake is located 15 minutes from El Dorado. This beautiful 1,200 sq ft open floor plan lake house sits on 2.5 acres of gated water-front property. Inside the property, you will find a 75 inch tv, two queen sofa beds, one murphy bed (enclosed within the barn doors), a wood burning fireplace, and an upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The property includes a 60 ft long floating dock, fire pit, and a grill.

The property is great for fishing, and also swimming during warmer months and has a fire pit for hanging out in cooler months. It’s a short boat ride to snake island which is a great location for all boat recreation (tubing, skiing, etc.).

A cozy, no-fuss space with all the essentials—watch TV, cook a great meal, and rest well in a comfy queen bed. The couch folds out into a full-size bed, and a pack and play is available upon request. Not fancy, but it feels just right. Enjoy the back porch or fish off the dock (bring your own pole). Perfect for a quick stop, long weekend, or peaceful stay while in town for work.
