When u book last minute, we need 3 hours to finish cleaning, and to put new water in jacuzzi and warm up. Pets friendly. ($35 a day per pet-2 Max) I have 1 cat, some times likes to say hello. We are 25 from Austin, it’s a hills place, don’t expect stores closer just 5 miles away. 8 min away to lake boat acces, 15 min away from shopping center 10 min away of HEB . We offer 2 kayak. Winter only can use fire pit. We have slow internet. It’s a retreat area not expecting high speed
