Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

This approximately 80 m² house dating back to 1875 is a true one-of-a-kind. In 2018, it was poured by us and renovated from the ground up with a lot of love for detail. Our claim is to make the historical perfection of this house experience even in the present. Our guests can therefore look forward to a thoughtful and lovingly furnished holiday home in one of the most beautiful locations in Emdens. About 10 minutes by car from the city center of the seaport city.

Cozy "Fehnhäuschen" in Störtebeker Land

The cottage is centrally located, right in the middle of East Frisia! Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. In the immediate vicinity, it is rural and tranquil with animals and lots of greenery. And the East Frisian also likes to have a little snack ;) Here you can still find idyll and cordiality! Monument-protected bakery in the town center of Rysum: Live in exceptional ambiance. Spacious living-dining kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with corner tub, one shower room. The townhouse "Thea" convinces with cozy retreat corners, e.g. the sleeping area with a view of the sky, the light-flooded reading & relaxation room with a small yoga & meditation corner or the outdoor bed. Dogs are welcome, there is a fenced garden, a cuddly cave and bowls for them. I myself loved living here and enjoying all weather conditions from the sleeping area, listening to the birds in the outdoor bed or reading on the sofa cuddled with a tea.
