It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, large open plan living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the ground floor. My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left behind regarding the location. The property is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is nice for couples and business travelers. Private staircase.

Dear guests, I'm glad you discovered my apartment. The apartment is located in the central location of Leer (East Frisia) and is therefore ideal if you want to explore the city on foot. The apartment is part of a house but demarcated and with its own entrance. It's located on the backward, quiet upper floor of the house. The apartment is accessible by stairs that have no handrail!
