You'd swear you were out in the country but surprisingly this amazing little house is literally minutes from I-35 and the Georgetown Square. Built in 2018 this house will treat you with quiet surroundings and modern amenities. 1 bed/1 bath, queen bed + fold-out queen sleeper sofa. Must be 25 to book, no guests under 15. No pets, no smoking, no vaping. Easy check-in/out via keypad.

The property is the original 1930's farmers cottage that has been brought back to life and restored, adding to it all the modern amenities. With a hand chiseled cozy fireplace and bay windows to watch the calves through, even rainy days are special. The property has 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, indoor and outdoor dinning tables. You can park your car in the garage and you'll get the garage door opener. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. You'll have two Tv's with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon prime. The house also includes a washer and dryer for use. The backyard is fully fenced in for your pets (no aggressive breeds).
