Peacefully located on large natural plot in 2nd row to Kattegat. Only 30 m by dirt road to private beach staircase. Cozy year-round insulated wooden summer house from 1997 with large bright kitchen-living room and two exits to the outdoors. Outside covered wooden terrace and tile terrace in the open air. At the back of the plot playhouse and sand pile for the children. There is wireless internet (fiber network). Please note that guests must bring their own bed linen and towels and clean the house yourself upon departure, as well as that electricity consumption is paid separately.

Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. It does not overlook the water from the house. Water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and staples like oil, sugar, and spices are included in the price. Consumption of electricity is charged at 3kr/kWh. We'll send an account request before and settle afterwards. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports and play, on the grass in the front yard there is a volleyball net.

Welcome to "Bellevue" - our beautiful cottage in one of the highest places in Kulhuse. Here you have a view of the canopy of the North Forest and a fantastic light from morning to evening. At Bellevue you can really relax, recharge, and enjoy nature on the highest levels. Minutes from forest, beach, and close to shopping. We have designed our house as an adult house for four. Hyggeligt og roligt sommerhus centralt i Kulhuse med charme og sjæl - og vildmarksbad! Huset har stue og køkken-alrum i et, badeværelse og 2 værelser med dobbeltseng (det ene også med børneseng). Stue med sovesofa. Huset er børnevenligt med legetøj i hus og have. I haven er der terrasse, vildmarksbad, bålplads, pizzaovn, hængekøje, legehus og gynger. Ingen støj fra vej. 5 min gang til indkøb, 10 min gang til strand & 5 min kørsel til skov. OBS: Vildmarksbadet kan ikke bruges i frostvejr.
