Welcome to the Oak Ridge House. Just 5 miles North of I-70 and 5 miles south of State Rt.16. Our tree cover hillside is very close to Flint Ridge Nature Preserve and about 15 minutes from The Virtues Golf Club, Black Hand Gorge Nature Preserve and Sand Hollow Winery. It's a three bedroom home on 2 acres, one king size bed, one queen size bed, and the third room is a sitting room / hang out space with a futton. The enclose back porch is a great hangout space but is not heated. Gov. ID required.

House conveniently is on St Rt 79 (or Hebron Rd) which is close to everything from grocery, mall, industrial parks, north shore of Buckeye Lake (4.5 miles), National Trails Raceway, Boeing, etc. One pet under 30 lbs accepted w/pet fee. Full kitchen.

Home sits on an acre in country. No hunting on property so you will see deer in back when grilling. Large u-driveway to accommodate vehicles with boats or trailer. W/D, AC, propane grill, firepit. House near Hanover between Newark & Zanesville. Roku TV in living room and master. Games available. Dillion, Muskingum River is 12 miles east & Buckeye Lake 20 miles west. Downtown Newark is 20 minutes west. Genesis Hospital in Zanesville is 25 minutes east, Virtues golf 5 minutes away. No pets.

A great place for families and fishermen Beautiful home right on the channel and direct access to the lake. Excellent for fishing, catching catfish right from the dock. It's an excellent place to relax and unwind. Fish directly off the dock or use the Kayaks included to explore the lake. We have an extra-long dock that can accommodate your boat(s). Fully equipped kitchen, your own washer and dryer, and a gas grill. There is a fire pit for the nights you want a campfire.
