If you plan to bring your own boat to use from Maggie's dock, contact the Lake Bowen Warden Office to obtain boat sticker. Boat rentals are also available. Starting June 15, 2021-Spartanburg County Occupancy tax is 3% for each night.

We also host weddings and other events within this 10 arce property. We do host weddings and gatherings so an event may be going on during your stay, but the cottage is in a simi private location.
