This memorable place is anything but ordinary - a quiet, peaceful setting with a bird sanctuary right behind the unit observed from the kitchen window. Relax on the deck in the evenings watching the beautiful sunset, star filled skies at night, the donkeys and chickens corralled in the distance, and the goldfish swim in the Lilypad pond just off to the side. This stylish home has a spacious dock with lake views.  It has both covered and uncovered portions equipped with chairs, loungers, porch swing, and a gas fire pit. We are located on a protected cove great for fishing, paddle boarding, swimming, and kayaking. There are paddle boards, Kyaks, and floats for your use.

We have 2 tiny houses on 6 acres here in Burnet. There’s a large fire pit area with a grill and outdoor games for our guests at both houses to use. Buchanan Lake, Inks Lake and Spider Mountain are only 15-20 mins away! My wife and I live on the property and manage it so we are close by if you need anything. You will need to climb stairs to get to the sleeping loft in this tiny house, and the sleeping loft has a low ceiling so it is ducking room only. Pet fee is $20 extra per pet

The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .
