The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Full size washer/dryer. Off street (driveway) parking. No smoking. Convenient location in safe, friendly Arlington. Easy transit options to DC. Walk to several bus stops, 1-2 miles to 3 Metro stops, 10 minute drive to downtown. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate service animals due to household allergies.

Charming and rustic little apartment overlooking a beautiful restaurant garden in the heart of old town with its own balcony. Come stay in our quaint and cozy little loft apartment while visiting historic Alexandria! This is a unique place in an old building and you will never find anything like this in a hotel! The second bed is in the loft up a steep ladder, so not suitable for small children or those with mobility issues.
