It impresses with relaxed living on two levels and a special lighting: in the morning the sun greets the bathroom and kitchen, wanders during the day in the spacious living and dining area and says goodbye in the evening in the bedroom. Generosity, spaciousness and the undisturbed view through the lush window front characterize the living experience.

On a beautiful natural plot, set back from the road, lies our cozy cottage. Modernized with new kitchen, bathroom, roof and facade. Vacation in the North Frisian expanse, right on the Danish border and close to the island and Hallig world, the Wadden Sea, but far away from the tourist hotspots. We live directly on the Wiedaudeich, which belongs to a large nature reserve with a fascinating birdlife and at the same time forms the border with Denmark. Here you can experience the famous sort sol, the black sun, in the spring and autumn, the breathtaking dance of ten thousand starlings in the evening sky.

The apartment is located in a listed thatched house built around 1830 in the attic. It can accommodate 4 people on two levels in a stylish ambiance in the immediate vicinity of Friedrichstadt, the rivers Treene and Eider with swimming areas and the North Sea. The seaside resort of Sankt Peter Ording is about 40 km away. A beach chair can be used there free of charge. The house is located on a large property and invites you to relax with the view of the green meadows.

From Humptrup, the North Sea is about 20 km away! The ideal starting point for day trips to the North Frisian islands and Halligen (e.g. Sylt, Föhr, Amrum, Hooge, Oland, Hamburger Hallig). The Nolde Museum is in the immediate vicinity and Denmark is only 3 km away.

Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water
