This is a one-of-a-kind find. It's the entire main-level of a home on the edge of endless nature, yet close enough to Fort Collins/CSU to drive there in 20-minutes. It's a hand crafted home with lots of character. Complete with gas fireplace, steam room, bidet, patio and incredible hiking access! Owner lives in the upper level year round and is always handy with recommendations for fun entertainment etc.. Short term boat/trailer parking allowed and is just a 2-minute drive from the boat ramp!
