The lovingly and comfortably furnished ground floor apartment is spread over 83 m². A large conservatory can also be used. Our guests have the south terrace for exclusive use. The garden is also available to you (barbecue facilities). Storage for bicycles is available. The car can be parked directly at the house.

The estate is located between Niebüll and Risum-Lindholm. Forget your worries and enjoy the tranquility in the middle of fields. Enjoy the light North Frisian breeze on the terrace with a cup of coffee. Take a bike ride on the dike to Dagebüll (13 km) and from there to Föhr or Amrum. Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the colors are from the chalk period, the paints are water-based.
