The apartment (about 42 square meters) has a balcony that offers magnificent views over the mountains. It is quietly located in the hilltop village of Schanze (720 m above sea level) on the Rothaarsteig in the middle of a wooded hiking area. The location is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet who want to relax in beautiful nature, as well as for hikers and mountain bikers. In winter, skiing (ski lifts in Schmallenberg and Winterberg), cross-country skiing and sledding are possible. Our horses convey country life.

Die wunderschöne Ruhrtal-Villa liegt auf einem 2000 m² großem Grundstück und grenzt direkt an die Ruhr. Idyllische Wald-und Wanderwege liegen ebenso wie der Ruhrtal-Radweg direkt vor der Haustür. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain mit direktem Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse und Blick auf das paradiesische Ruhrtal. Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

Land of a Thousand Mountains

You are in the Sauerland, a region where hiking or cycling is a must. Even the Sauerland pool is in the village. Otherwise, just peace and beautiful landscapes with many refreshment stops. You can swim and sauna in the village or go to Hennesee, about 25 minutes by car. We are very quiet, almost at the edge of the forest and in the center, about 10 minutes on foot. If you want to go shopping, go to the next village of Schmallenberg. We only have discounters!Restaurants are in the village.

Arrive-Feel good

The light-flooded attic apartment (2nd floor) is quietly located in a side street and thus offers pure relaxation! You can reach us from the A44 highway in just 10 minutes. The little ones can let off steam in the schoolyard next door with a climbing frame and space to play ball. A parking space is available for you at your doorstep. In the village there is a restaurant, a golf course and a mini golf course. In addition, the local wildlife park is exciting for all ages. No smoking

Beautiful, small apartment surrounded by greenery

Our small apartment is at the top of the Klausenberg. Behind the house there are only fields and meadows. The city is within walking distance, as is Lake Hennesee. The location at the top of the mountain offers a great view of the city and much further into the distance. A good place for a little break. If you are arriving by bike, you should keep in mind that the beautiful view from our mountain is of course connected with the fact that you also have to climb the mountain 🙈

This is a completely new studio apartment under the roof with 37 m² in a quiet location from the suburb of Eslohe. Inside there is a 1.4m bed, another living area with bed function for 2 people together in the living room or bedroom. The new bathroom consists of a shower with curtain and a large bathtub. Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.
