Sequoyah Retreat is located across the street from Lake Sequoyah & minutes away from Lake Thunder Bird, Carol’s Restaurant & Dollar General. Property is within walking distance to Gitchegumee Beach. The village has 2 golf courses, 7 lakes and 2 rec centers. Southfork River runs through the village with public access. Downtown Hardy is less than 10 min. away with public access to the renown Spring River. Enjoy shopping and good food on Main St. The Hardy Sweet Shop is a must for a treat.

Parking is along the street with stairs leading up to the house at the top of the yard. It’s 26 steps to your charming vacation home, it's vintage, and there may be a scuff on a corner, but it’s clean and comfortable - nice location at a great price! Or, add it to your larger group renting our house next door (Hardy Lakehouse Lilypad)! Enjoy your own dock on the lake or paddle and fish the rivers close by. Kayaks for the lake are included with your rental. Conveniently located just 2 miles to downtown Hardy or Cherokee Village. Walmart close by for easy shopping.

High Falls River Cabin

We are opening our family cabin, Willow Court, to visitors who want to spend some time on the river. Our dock sits just below where the Spring and Southfork rivers come together at the High Falls. Enjoy canoeing, fishing, swimming, hiking, running or cycling. Or, relax with a book on the porch while enjoying the sound of the falls. Although the cabin is somewhat rustic, it offers many amenities including an updated kitchen, newly painted guest rooms and lots of supplies for your use.

We are located on the Southfork of the Spring River at Miramichee Falls, conveniently located between Hardy and Cherokee Village (2 miles from each). Enjoy a 350 square foot covered deck overlooking the river. Fish or paddle the river right outside your door. Use our kayaks in the cabin area. Grill out or enjoy a campfire by the river.
