Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. This old cosy cottage is located in the little village of Eckhorst, which means "Oak-forrest". Its just 7 km away from the City of Lübeck, its picturesque old town and romantical X-mas-Markets. The farming-house has 2 separate flats. While you stay e.g. downstairs in the farmers-flat with your family and the grandparents, your friends stay upstairs in the fully furnitured studio with a kitchen and a cosy little bath. There is plenty 2 see and 2 do in the region.The Baltic sea is 30 Min. away.

Quiet but still central

Söhren in the municipality of Weede is quiet but central. It is about 10 km to Bad Segeberg, 25 km to Lübeck and about 30 km to the Baltic Sea. On the upper floor of a detached house, you will find 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 people), a kitchenette and dining table as well as a bathroom with shower. Unfortunately, there are no shops or places to eat here. Are you traveling with children? No problem: a crib and high chair can be provided.

New 1-room apartment with kitchen and private bathroom

Completely newly renovated & furnished 22Qm/ 1 room apartment. There is a private access to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is a small kitchen, with ceramic hob, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hairdryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. A TV, dressers, dining table with 2 chairs. A large box spring bed is also part of the furnishings. We wish you a pleasant holiday

Cozy lake house

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Studio in the heart of Lübeck's old town

The apartment is located in the rear side wing of the old-town house, in a quiet lane. In the lower area of the open-plan studio, a sofa bed invites you to relax, and a kitchenette provides space to enjoy light meals. A narrow spiral staircase leads to the sleeping area in the attic, where there is a cozy double bed; right behind it, you enter the small, modern bathroom. A cozy alcove above the bathroom offers another sleeping option for the more active among us.

Bright tiny house with nature view

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

Vacation home in the countryside

Our friendly and brightly furnished apartment is located in the middle of our agricultural farm in an outbuilding. It consists of a living-dining area with a modern, fully equipped, fitted kitchen and a counter for cooking together or an extensive breakfast. The couch in the living room is an extra sofa bed. A fireplace is available for cozy evenings together. There is a shower in the bathroom and a washing machine is available.

Vacation in a historic farmhouse

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
