Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain eines 2014 erbauten Wohnhauses und verfügt über eine neuwertige und gehobene Ausstattung. Die Metropolen Hamburg/Hannover/Bremen sindin jeweils unter einer Stunde zu erreichen. Bad Fallingbostel ist mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu erreichen und bietet alles für den täglichen Bedarf.

The house was completely renovated in 2024 and features a tastefully furnished and comfortable living area for two people with a garden and two terraces. It offers plenty of peace and space. Active guests can walk, cycle and explore the beautiful Lüneburg Heath to their heart's content.

Unser kleine Wohnung liegt ca. 3 km von Walsrode entfernt. Hier gibt es u. a. den weltgrößten Vogelpark. Wir liegen in der Mitte von Hannover, Hamburg und Bremen. Hier gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Erholen, Shoppen und Ausflügen. Düshorn verfügt u. a. über ein Strandbad und einen Minigolfplatz. Auch der Serengeti Park ist nur 8 km von hier entfernt. Einen kleiner Supermarkt und Bäcker ist auch vor Ort. Die schöne Lüneburger Heide liegt direkt vor der Tür.

Our little apartment is placed near the famous nature reserve "Lüneburger Heath", which offers a lot of activities like hiking, biking or horse riding. Starting from here is just a stone's throw to the "Heidepark Soltau" (amusement park), Snow dome Bispingen (ski park), Wildpark Lüneburger Heide and Serengeti Park (wildlife parks), etc… Take your bike or grab your horse and conquer the area! You are welcome to bring your domestic animals with you!
