496 / 5.000 We are renting out our small 20 sqm apartment in the basement. It has a large living room with a new double bed (queen size), desk, closet, table and armchair. There is a kitchen and a toilet. The shower is in the side entrance. The apartment has a beautiful large window and is very bright and recently renovated. WiFi is available. We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. Romantic apartment in a quiet location

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). Very central. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
