There are two bedrooms as well as a large living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room with a guest toilet. The couch in the living room can be pulled out to two comfortable sleeping places. In the 1st bedroom there is a double bed with a width of 1.80 m. In the 2nd room, two people sleep on a 1.40 m couch with an extra topper.

Welcome to Tönnhausen, a small suburb of Winsen (Luhe). A modernly furnished 60m² two-room apartment awaits you, offering easy access. The apartment also includes a 25m² covered terrace, which provides sunshine from early morning until late afternoon and protects from rain. Sleeping space for two people is available. The 1-room basement apartment (45 m²) is located in a single-family home in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. You can reach the city center by car in just 10 minutes. Bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a living room/bedroom, a washing machine, towels, bed linens, a TV and Wi-Fi. Toddlers are not allowed due to safety conditions.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Lüneburg and Hamburg are close and can be reached quickly both by train and by car. The apartment is on the second floor with an amazing view of our beautiful large courtyard.
