496 / 5.000 We are renting out our small 20 sqm apartment in the basement. It has a large living room with a new double bed (queen size), desk, closet, table and armchair. There is a kitchen and a toilet. The shower is in the side entrance. The apartment has a beautiful large window and is very bright and recently renovated. WiFi is available. We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

The sleeping area is furnished with a spacious bed featuring multiple pillows and cotton linens. Two bedside lamps provide soft lighting. Fresh towels are neatly arranged at the foot of the bed, enhancing the well-organized appearance of the room.

Modern and cozy 40 m² apartment, ideal for 2–4 people. The perfect starting point for your Hamburg trip. The guest suite in my townhouse offers you a lot of privacy. You will live centrally in Hamburg with excellent connections: the subway is only 100 m away, and you can drive to the center from there in less than 10 minutes. Free parking right outside the door. Opposite there is a 24-hour McFit and a supermarket. Cafes, restaurants and shopping are easily accessible.

In the heart of the "Schanze" is this little piece of jewelery - hidden in a side street & yet in the middle of Hamburg´s stage quarter. The apartment is perfect for 2 & nice for 4. Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

In addition to the relaxed bedroom, there is a large work/dining/living room with its own tea/coffee station , which is integrated in the entrance area.
