In der Hauptverkehrszeit fährt die S-Bahn sogar alle 5 Minuten über Altona in die Innenstadt zum Hauptbahnhof und weiter zum Airport Hamburg. Parkplätze gibt es genügend auf der Straße.

In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

We rent out our beautiful, privately used apartment in Blankenese from time to time for long stays. It has three sun balconies overlooking the garden and forest. There is a large living room with dining and working area, a spacious bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower and bath. The open, almost loft-like cut, the high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows let in a lot of light. This makes the old building look very modern.
