Right next to the property, the 261 bus runs to the U-Bahn [subway] and then approx. 15 minutes to the harbor or the Alster. A small shopping center with a Netto and Meydan market is a 3-minute walk away. An Ari bakery, 6 minutes away, is also open on Sundays. Aldi and Lidl are within walking distance in 8 minutes.

The detached guest house is quietly located in a cul-de-sac - ideal for couples with pet(s) or smaller families with child(ren) and dog(s). With a modern kitchen, spacious living area, balcony and parking right outside the front door, it is the perfect retreat. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two freshly made beds in the same room – so the accommodation is not designed for groups or four adults. A third bed can be provided if needed.

In the kitchenette there is a fridge and a stove, The veranda leads to the bathroom. In summer, shared use of the directly adjacent pool is possible; a large fireplace invites you to the campfire. Breakfast and/ or other meals can also be booked on request.
