Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Completely newly renovated & furnished 22Qm/ 1 room apartment. There is a private access to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is a small kitchen, with ceramic hob, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hairdryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. 🚧Attention – construction site – price reduction: From April 13–17, April 20–25, and April 28–30, there may be construction noise from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Even Thomas Mann walked past our house on his way to the pub! Spend the night in the middle of Lübeck's old town in a 16th century old town house. Attractions such as the Holstentor, the Lübeck churches, the Buddenbrookhaus or the famous Niederegger marzipan factory are just a stone's throw away.

Studio in the heart of Lübeck's old town

The guest room is located in the rear wing of the old town house in a quiet lane. In the lower area of the open studio, a (sleeping) sofa invites you to linger, and a kitchenette offers space to enjoy small meals. A narrow spiral staircase leads to the sleeping area under the roof, where a cozy double bed is available. Directly behind it you enter the small, modern bathroom. A cozy alcove above the bathroom offers another sleeping option for athletes.

The apartment is only 35 square meters. A stay with 3 or 4 people is only recommended for a short period. Living and sleeping take place in one room (see drawing). Food preparation is also limited. There are two hobs as well as pots and pans available, but no oven or microwave. However, Lübeck invites you to eat in its various restaurants. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay.

Vacation in a historic farmhouse

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.

Charming basement apartment in the heart of Lübeck

Small, cozy basement apartment with separate entrance in a Lübeck old town villa. Very central yet quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the Trave Canal. Good shopping, weekly market, cinema and restaurants are quickly reached. The old town island can be reached on foot (enjoyably) via walking paths along the Trave. Via the Herrentunnel you can quickly get to Niendorf /Timmendorf or Travemünde.

Welcome to our cozy semi-detached house in the street Gärtnergasse. The settlement Gärtnergasse on the outskirts of Lübeck was built in the 1920s. Today, due to its proximity to the Old Town, the university clinic and the river Wakenitz ("Amazon of the North") it is one of the most popular residential areas of Lübeck.
