Just a few kilometers away from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, our chalet is located directly on a swimming lake and the well-known water ski/wakeboard system. A great children's playground, basketball and volleyball court, many walking and hiking trails, as well as the campsite, etc. are in the immediate vicinity and complete the offer. The popular beaches Haffkrug, Sierksdorf, Scharbeutz are not far away and easily accessible.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Our vacation home is located on our well-kept farm on Lake Hemmelsdorfer See very close to the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches. It was not completed until 2023 and therefore up to date. The beautiful view of the lake invites you to relax and unwind. A private jetty for swimming, fishing and rowing is available, as well as a small playground for children. Nearby, there are numerous things to do for the whole family.

Cottage on Lake Selenter

We rent a cozy, vacation cottage close to Lake Selent, in the middle of one of the most beautiful vacation regions of Schleswig-Holstein. The house was completely renovated in 2018 and is bright and modernly furnished. It is located in a large garden with an orchard and has its own terrace. It is only bathing area on the lake. 100 meters and 17 kilometers to the Baltic Sea.
