The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The cottage is very traffic-calmed in a cul-de-sac location and can be reached via an 80 m long private path. In 70 m as the crow flies, there is a currently occupied stork nest. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters away. Two bicycles are available, free of cost.

In my large farmhouse in rural idyll, an apartment for 4 people is available. Located in the Elbe floodplains in the district of Neuhaus, it is also not far to Lüneburg, Schwerin or Dömitz. At the confluence of Sude/Rögnitz (on the property) you can watch beavers and nutrias. Simply ideal for relaxing and hiking. The floor area is about 100 square meters.
