Die Unterkunft liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Bus und Straßenbahnhaltestellen, Restaurants und Supermärkte. Bäcker und Café sind gleich um die Ecke.

Die gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Graz, bei der Kunstuniversität. Die historische Innenstadt (Dom, Hauptplatz) und die Uni sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Sie hat Vorraum, Wohnbereich mit Schlafcouch, Fernseher, Tisch und voll ausgestattete Küche. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Doppelbett, ein Reisegitterbett, ein Arbeitsplatz. Das Bad hat eine Dusche, eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner und Fön. Ein Parkplatz für einen PKW (kein Van und kein großer SUV) steht gratis zur Verfügung.
