Staying at the city park

The cozy apartment is located in the heart of Graz, near the University of Art and Industrial Design. The historic city center (cathedral, main square) and the university are a 5-minute walk away. It has anteroom, living area with sofa bed, TV, table and fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom is a double bed, a travel crib, a workspace. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine with dryer and hairdryer. A parking space for one car (no van and no large SUV) is available free of charge.

We welcome you to our 50 m² apartment on the 6th floor with balcony, air conditioning and views of the Schloßberg in the Lend district. Free parking in the parking garage on the same street (approx. 100 meters away). Public parking around the house (free of charge on Saturday and Sunday, subject to a charge on weekdays). The apartment consists of a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 1 - 2 more people, a bathroom with a toilet and an equipped kitchen.

The kitchen features a modern design with sleek cabinetry and a dark countertop. A stainless steel sink is positioned under a slanted window that opens outward, providing natural light. Potted plants are placed decoratively, along with an electric kettle and kitchen utensils.
