The apartment, located in a side street of Lendplatz and therefore quiet, is modernly furnished and offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay.

Just a few steps away, you'll find yourself on Annenstraße, with various shops, restaurants, and tram stops. From there, you can reach both the main train station and the city center in less than 10 minutes. Despite the central location, there is no traffic noise, and you can relax in the small private garden.
