The newly renovated apartment is centrally located in an urban location with numerous local shops right outside the front door. Graz city center is a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is on the 4th floor (including elevator) and is accessible via a quiet courtyard. It consists of two rooms including kitchenette, bathroom, toilet and a balcony with beautiful views of the Graz clock tower. Perfect for families with children (including extra bed, etc.) as well as couples or business travelers.

Hervorzuheben sind die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Hauptbahnhof, Köflach Bahnhof und Straßenbahn) sowie die Nähe zu den umliegenden Erholungsflächen wie zum Beispiel Schloss Eggenberg, Plabutsch und Auster. The special feature of this apartment is its location, vis-à-vis the park, at the level of its treetops, overlooking “Schlossberg”, cathedral and the well known clock tower. Just a few minutes away from the city-center, perfect for two people, very spacey and with full equipment. Especially in summer the large terrace is the absolute highlight.
