Staying at the city park

The cozy apartment is located in the heart of Graz, near the University of Art and Industrial Design. The historic city center (cathedral, main square) and the university are a 5-minute walk away. It has anteroom, living area with sofa bed, TV, table and fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom is a double bed, a travel crib, a workspace. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine with dryer and hairdryer. A parking space for one car (no van and no large SUV) is available free of charge.

We welcome you to our 50 m² apartment on the 6th floor with balcony, air conditioning and views of the Schloßberg in the Lend district. Free parking in the parking garage on the same street (approx. 100 meters away). Public parking around the house (free of charge on Saturday and Sunday, subject to a charge on weekdays). The apartment consists of a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 1 - 2 more people, a bathroom with a toilet and an equipped kitchen.

The 43 m² apartment, renovated in early 2024, is centrally located, at the foot of the Schlossberg, about 5 minutes from the city park and can accommodate up to four guests (pull-out sofa). It is an ideal starting point to get to know Graz - all sights and universities are easily accessible. The accommodation is very conveniently located, in the immediate vicinity there are bus and tram stops, restaurants and supermarkets. The bakery and café are just around the corner.
