Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Beautiful apartment on the 1st floor of a farmhouse. A large living room and 3 spacious bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds of 1.80 x 2.00 meters Bathroom with bath/shower/toilet and another separate toilet. Parking behind the house and free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your breakfast , lunch or dinner, gourmet and fondue are not allowed due to odour nuisance for the next guests. Our house is 30 minutes from the center Nijmegen, 40 minutes from the center Eindhoven and Den Bosch.

Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

A beautiful apartment with a large garden in the Weezenhof district. Easily accessible by public transport and one exit from the A73. The area offers countless possibilities. The Lidl is 5 minutes away. The Hatertse Vennen are within walking distance of the house. More need for the coziness of the center? In 20 minutes, you can reach the city center of Nijmegen by car. The Goffert, the Radboud UMC and the CWZ , are 15 minutes away. Relax and slow down in this beautiful, stylish space.

Idyllically located apartment in the countryside. Great starting point for various cycling tours around the Lower Rhine. Beautiful old mansion's house from 1870 was lovingly restored and modernized where needed. The apartment is on the ground floor. In the summer you can enjoy the peace and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the nuclear water wonderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, Römerstadt Xanten and Anholt Castle.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.
