The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. Jogging and walking start right at the front door on the Trave hiking trail. Downtown is around the corner.
