Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

The Wash House Studio B&B tranquil and peaceful...

The Wash House Studio is secluded in the heart of Orford close to the local shops and restaurants and Pump Street Bakery. We also have off street parking. It's a stylishly converted, self contained double studio with en suite and amazing views to the water from our meadow across to the river Ore. You can use the Shepherd's Hut too! Our breakfast is with local products - bread, our garden fruit, pastries, juice, yoghurt and preserves plus coffee and tea. This is delivered to your door.

With off street parking for two mid size cars and a south facing (sun trap) garden, Jasmine Cottage is a perfect base for a Suffolk getaway. The cottage happily sleeps four but is perfect as a luxurious retreat for two. Location is amazing - Just a few minutes walk from the Market Hill, the Thoroughfare and glorious River Deben. A new build single story, 'L' shaped private dwelling with 2 banks of 'bi-fold' doors overlooking a large pond in a secluded sunny courtyard. Suitable for 4 adults. No Children under the age of 8 years and babies in arms by prior agreement. Not suitable for people with mobility issues as there is not enough access for a wheelchair, steps and a gravel drive. Sorry but no pets. Furnished to high standard and fully equipped with most items. 5 minutes from Snape and Orford.

Situated just 5 mins. walk from Snape Maltings 5 miles from the heritage coast at Aldeburgh, Thorpeness and Orford. This is truly rural Suffolk with the Suffolk heritage coast and many interesting places on your doorstep. The garden annexe is completely private and separate from our house.
