The house is newly renovated, it is located in a nice green area with good path systems and a lake. 5 min walk to the train that runs to Vejle and Fredericia. The garden is beautifully decorated, and the fence in. The living room has a dining table, a lounge sofa and a 75” TV. There is a lovely conservatory that can be used from spring to autumn. Stay in the middle of nature with a short distance to everything: highway (15 min.), Kolding (20 min.), Unisco Christiansfeld (20 min.), Legoland and much more. You will have your own entrance with a key from the key box, your own bathroom and your own kitchenette, with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle (not a stove) and of course clean linen and towels. From the apartment, there is access to a private terrace overlooking one of the property's lakes - by this lake, there is a beach from which you can swim (when the weather permits). The small house in the courtyard has 2 beds in a double bed (+ weekend bed for a small child). You have your own entrance, your own kitchen, your own bathroom/toilet. Dining area for 2 (+ high chair for small child). Check-in from 3 p.m. Check-out before 11 a.m. You can park for free on the street/in the yard. The townhouse is 150 meters from the fantastic Østerstrand and Fredericia's beautiful ramparts. The pedestrian street is 500 meters down the street. In the extension of the pedestrian street is Gammel Havn and you will find many cafes and shops on the walk.
