The townhouse is 150 meters from the fantastic Østerstrand and Fredericia's beautiful ramparts. The pedestrian street is 500 meters down the street. In the extension of the pedestrian street is Gammel Havn and you will find many cafes and shops on the walk.

The house is newly renovated, it is located in a nice green area with good path systems and a lake. 5 min walk to the train that runs to Vejle and Fredericia. The garden is beautifully decorated and fenced in. The living room has a dining table, a lounge sofa and a 75” TV. There is a lovely outdoor room that can be used from spring to autumn.
