It is equipped with many necessities like Wi-Fi, central air, washer-dryer, BBQ grill, color stamped concrete patio with outdoor furniture, fire pits, 65-inch TV with PS4, and much more. This retreat is located in Fountain, CO which is minutes away from Colorado Springs and other local attractions. Each room is fully furnished. Downtown cottage, AC, W/D, patio, sleeps 4!

Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.
