Located about 3 miles from downtown Fort Smith and located in the central area of Fort Smith it doesn't take long to get about anywhere you want to go. The Gameroom and pool table provide entertainment for the indoor fun while the inground pool, diving board and grill are a blast for the family and friends when outdoors. Unfortunately no pets unless discussed. Events held with more than 5 people will be an extra charge. Pool open late Apr-Sep

Centrally located on the edge of the Belle Grove Historic district downtown. Totally remodeled while preserving all of the vintage charm. Beautiful and well-stocked kitchen with vintage appliances. 3 bedrooms - 1 on the 1st fl. with a queen bed.
