The area is quiet and the perfect place for both relaxation and active holidays with beautiful green spaces and good excursion opportunities. Welcome inside this charming cottage with large, sunny patio areas. There are 3 bedrooms, living room with wood-burning stove, bathroom with heated towel dryer, shower and washing machine, a storage room and final kitchen living room with heat pump and exit to large terrace.

Outside, you are greeted by an idyllic enclosed garden with a sunny wooden terrace and outdoor fireplace. After a wonderful walk on the beach, you can sit down in front of a cozy wood-burning stove. In the lush garden is a 10 m2 orangery.

Have a nice vacation in this well-equipped cottage, which is only a few hundred meters from Flovt beach. A lovely cottage where the whole family can enjoy both outdoors and indoors. The house is located on a large private property with garden and 2 terraces. There is a sandbox, trampoline, ball grill, fire pit, toys, basketball and lovely garden furniture. In the house, there are 3 bedrooms as well as a loft, 2 bathrooms and sauna and spa. An open kitchen and large living area with large windows.

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.
