There are good bathing, kayaking, windsurfing, kitesurfing, underwater hunting, fishing and hiking opportunities right at your fingertips as well as the most beautiful sunsets.

Terrace with BBQ grill is avalible just outside the door - and a private roof terrasse (avalible from 2026) for those sunny days! Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.
