Experience the historic and beautiful Haderslev up close in our cozy apartment. Only a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and the beautiful Dampark (lake and park). The apartment is full of color and charm, and with cultural life close by. The apartment has a large and sunny balcony, with a good dining area in a quiet environment. There is a large, beautiful living room and two bedrooms - both with 'king size' double beds and therefore plenty of room for 4 adults, or for 2 adults and 2-3 children.

The house contains a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and a nice dining area in connection with an open kitchen. Outside, you are greeted by an idyllic enclosed garden with a sunny wooden terrace and outdoor fireplace. After a wonderful walk on the beach, you can sit down in front of a cozy wood-burning stove. In the lush garden is a 10 m2 orangery.

The house is located on a large private property with garden and 2 terraces. There is a sandbox, trampoline, ball grill, fire pit, toys, basketball and lovely garden furniture. In the house, there are 3 bedrooms as well as a loft, 2 bathrooms and sauna and spa. An open kitchen and large living area with large windows.

No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Lovely 100 sqm apartment, close to the whole bay. Close to golf course and good fishing opportunities. In addition, only 5 km. For the new water park and wellness in Assens. Also check the terrarium in Vistensbjerg. The apartment is suitable for longer stays. Large lovely garden and outdoor kitchen + barbecue. Incl. water, heating, internet and electricity. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. Small annex with small kitchen, located about 800 meters from a great beach/fishing and ferry departure to Barsø. Several beautiful beaches in the area, holiday center with pool and e.g. mini golf just around the corner. Forests and beautiful nature. 8 km to Stor climbing park. 18-hole golf course just across from the house. ½ hour to the German border. 10 km to Aabenraa. 3 km to shopping and pizzeria Pets are no longer allowed after 8/15/2021

Enjoy a relaxing vacation at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The home is located in the most beautiful street in Assens, really a quiet and idyllic place. There is parking in the street (but not on the private road opposite the house) and there is the possibility of sitting in the small courtyard. The house was renovated in 2023 and is 60 square meters. 2 min. walk to forest 10 min walk to shopping, restaurants and beach.

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.
