Our cozy vacation rental in the small village of Bülitz in the Altmark region offers space for 2–4 people over approximately 70 m² (750 sq. ft.). The duplex is spread over two floors and offers a quiet location and panoramic views of the countryside. Old walls, exposed wooden beams, brick, and clay plaster create a unique ambience in the rooms, combining rustic charm with modern conveniences such as underfloor heating and fiber-optic internet. Right by the Drömling, the biosphere reserve, our apartment is located on the ground floor of a large farmhouse. It has a separate entrance and parking spaces with the possibility to charge an electric car for a fee of 0.40 euros per kWh. The courtyard is fully fenced and ideal for children. The swing, sandpit and playhouse are available for playing. You are welcome to use the pool. A barbecue (charcoal) is available. We also live in the house and are always available

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. If Austria is too far for a short recharge of nature, tranquility and a log cabin atmosphere, our (fully fenced) Klein Elmau is waiting for you. A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Books, cards and board games are available. Guests are welcome to use the garden and barbecue. We can also provide 2 bicycles to borrow for exploring the Aller-Elbe bike path. Two quarries invite you to fish and swim in the directly adjacent landscape park.
