The apartment offered is on the upper floor of a detached house in Schwienau, near Uelzen, Hundertwasser train station, Heide Park Soltau, Lüneburg and Hamburg are easily accessible. Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

A modern kitchen is displayed with light grey cabinetry and a granite countertop. Stainless steel appliances, including a stovetop and a kettle, are present. A sink is integrated into the counter next to a neatly organized dish rack. Ambient light brightens the space.

A super nice 40 sqm non-smoking apartment is waiting for you. Everything is freshly renovated. The fine historical character has been wonderfully preserved. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee and tea, spices, foils, baking dishes. So to speak, your own kitchen equipment can stay at home. There is EVERYTHING you need to live here.
