You are within an hour of the “Land between the Lakes” area. Area brochures available. You have a private patio, table, grill, Wi-fi, tv, games , children’s playground, and gazebo! NO PETS, ALLOWED! There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.

This rustic lakeside home boasts 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms, and an upstairs bonus room. An ideal base to explore Martin, just 3.5 miles from city limits of Martin. To relax, try the surround jets in the master shower! Note: We only own the house and part of backyard. We do not own the lake, the land around the lake, or the shop behind the house. Fishing and recreation are not allowed on the lake at this time. Internet streaming available.

Comfortably furnished and private one room cottage with a full kitchen and bathroom. It has a queen sized bed that sleeps 2 and a twin bed that can sleep 1. The property is located on 20 acres of timber. Deer are regularly seen in the beautiful backyard. There is a grill on the patio that guests may use. It has central heat and air and ceiling fans. It is three miles from Kentucky Lake. There is no WiFi or cable, but we do supply dvds and VHS tapes.

We are located just a 1/4 mile from UTM's campus on 26 private acres. We love our campus here and have great relationships with many of the programs there! Welcome to Copper Creek Cottage. We are located in the country but minutes away from downtown Paducah, and the mall area. We are 2.5 miles from I-24. Our cottage sleeps 4. (Queen bed & full pull-out sofa). The cottage is great for a couple's weekend, girls' trip or any occasion. The nightly price will be reduced for longer stays.
