Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra / person. Nature enters the apartment, and the tranquility is simply interrupted by birdsong and the wind in the trees. The annex includes a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), bathroom with shower, living room with mini kitchen, dining area, armchairs and sofa. And in the large loft there is an extra mattress where you can sleep. Private terrace with forest view. Free parking and very fast Wifi.

Right next to hiking trails, naturlegeplads, mountain bike tracks and the charming town of Faaborg (great winter bathing facilities). Perfect for single persons, a couple or a family. Includes tea kitchen and access to outdoor bbq, two double beds (180 and 160) of which one is a sleeping sofa (with a good quality mattress) and one single bed.
