The Casita is a separate building next to our home. Its unique design with saltilo tile and natural stone kitchen gives it lots of character. You will enjoy a private bedroom and separate living space. Close to Orfila winery, and San Diego's incredible wine region. You will have a private patio with access from french doors in your unit. There is a bbq and pool in our shared back yard space, available for our guests only, upon request. This space is not offered for parties, or gatherings, sorry.

Step outside and you are right on the trails connecting you to miles of scenic hiking & biking in Elfin Forest. Just a stone’s throw to San Elijo’s village with breweries, shopping, and restaurants and only 10 miles to Encinitas’s beaches.

Creekside Studio (private entrance)

Creekside Studio is a cozy, well equipped, private yet centrally located studio retreat in South Escondido. It is on a 1-acre, quiet cul-de-sac lot, attached to the main house (our residence), with it’s own private entrance. The studio has a small kitchenette (no stove), a queen size bed and a twin sleeper/couch and a bathroom with shower (no tub). Roku TV, free-WiFi keep you entertained or hang out on the deck with your coffee in a park-like setting.

Fontaine Family Vineyards has a 2 person renovated suite with outdoor patio overlooking the vineyard, private entrance and easy parking, and enhanced cleaning protocol. The Guest Suite features a TV, fridge, kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee/tea, utencils, pots/pans, BBQ w/side burner, patio lounge area, all with views of vineyard. The 500 sq feet unit includes a private kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, smaller sitting area in bedroom.
