The house consists of an entrance hall, a kitchen and an open-plan living room with a wood-burning stove and a heat pump, a new bathroom and two rooms with new double beds. The cottage is located on a beautiful natural property, where you can often see deer and squirrels from the living room/terrace, and at the same time, it is less than 200 meters to the swimming pool, shopping, and playground. Walking distance to a grocery store, swimming pool (free access), mini golf, large playground, fishing lake and golf course. On the property, you can also stay in our own shelter. The house is centrally located in relation to many tourist attractions: 30 min drive to Rømø, Ribe, Tønder and 1 hour to LEGO land.
