This unit is a private lock-off attached to the back of our home & includes a mini fridge, freezer, microwave, & Keurig machine to make your visit more comfortable. There is not a full kitchen. The Platt Park area is one of the city's most desirable neighborhoods with Pearl Street's restaurants, shops, coffee, & even a local brewery one block away! Easy access to DTC, Washington Park, the freeway, public transit & downtown.

It is also located less than 5 minutes from the South Broadway shops/restaurants!

Historic South Pearl Street, Harvard Gulch Park and Washington Park also close by. Downtown Denver is just a quick 15 minute drive. Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. The basement plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

Renovated private basement studio apartment of a 1929 classic bungalow. Full kitchen, bath, laundry. Comfy king size bed along with a huge couch. Enjoy the Colorado sunshine and beautiful backyard (smoking outside OK). The owner lives on the main level with his two friendly pups, Kilo & Nova. Hot tub shared with upstairs residents.
